Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in an office management role (supporting an office as a whole, rather than supporting an individual)Comfortable with light technology support like printers, copiers, and WIFIExperience being responsible for facilities management (coordinating property repairs, supplies inventory etc.)Experience interacting with executivesExperience working in a large corporate environmentMicrosoft Office skills including ExcelOracle experience is preferred, but not requiredJob Description The Sr. Office Administrator will support a large office in the Troy, NY area. They will be the sole administrative support for a large corporate office and should have experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supplies and inventory management, for example, ordering supplies and snacks and organizing them in the office and kitchen appropriatelyFacilities support, for example, coordinating with a plumber, electrician, or repairman etc. as neededRepresent the company professionally as the first person people see at the receptionSupport for AP processes (AP duties not included, but they will prepare AP info to go to a third-party finance team to prevent AP rejections)Preparing the office, catering, conference rooms etc. for visits from ExecutivesAny other ad hoc administrative support duties that ariseThis will be a permanent contract-to-hire position, and only candidates who can commit to long-term employment will be considered. Salary will vary dependent on individuals' relevant experience between a range of $60-$70K. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and 401K.
