Each situation is unique, and as anINDEPENDENT AGENT we find the perfect fit for every client.Responsibilities:? Provide customer service support for personal & commercial accounts? Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and written correspondence? Prepare binders, certificates, and other documents as needed? Serve as the point of contact for client billing questions? Assist with processing all RTA's (Registration Title Applications) and First Reports in a timely manner? Establish client relationships and follow up with customers? Manage and maintain organized records? General administrative and office dutiesQualifications:? Previous experience in a customer service role preferred? Strong communication and interpersonal skills? Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities? Knowledge of insurance products is a plus? Cross Selling is not required, but is a bonus? High school diploma or equivalentWe are open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Salary commensurate with experience.
