This role involves managing complex tax engagements, developing staff, and building client relationships while embodying our firm's values of excellence, integrity, and client service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review of complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns across multiple industriesSupervise and mentor tax staff Identify tax planning opportunities and provide advisory services Contribute to business development initiatives Collaborate with partners on complex tax matters and strategic planningRequirementsBachelor's in accounting or equivalent requiredMaster of Taxation preferredCPA license required 5+ years public accounting tax experience Experience with partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts and individual tax returnsStrong communicator with ability to clearly convey complex tax matters to clients and team membersExperience with CCH ProSystem fx Tax, ProSystem fx Engagement, and Fixed Assets software preferred; proficiency with tax preparation software requiredBenefitsWe offer a strong benefits package.
