MAU is hiring a Field Service Engineer for Epica. The Field Service Engineer will provide technical support and service for Epica products across the Eastern Region, ensuring on-site and remotely long-term customer satisfaction. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Support teams to maintain high satisfaction ratings. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Candidates from the following regions are encouraged to apply: Midwest, Northeast, and Southwest.Benefits Package:Annual bonus401k matchingLife insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort term disabilityLong term disabilityPaid time offShift Information:Monday to Friday | HybridRequired Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 3.5 years of experience in servicing CT imaging productsGeneral Requirements:Expertise in servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting CT imaging systemsProven track record of growth in repair services within the human medical or veterinary marketCT technology certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesClear and professional communication with strong email etiquetteProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, and other necessary softwareAbility to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesQuick learner with the ability to retain and apply precise technical information about productsProficient in computer systems for programming, setup, data entry, and information processing, including compiling, categorizing, tabulating, calculating, and verifying dataHighly detail-orientedPreferred Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferredA&P certification requiredFamiliarity with IPC 610/620 standards and AC43.13-B guidelinesExperience working with high-voltage wiring, batteries, and electric motorsStrong understanding of aircraft configuration management and FAA conformity requirementsEssential Functions:Resolve all Tier 2 technical support calls, documenting corrective actions takenProvide call support for EMI and, occasionally, EHH clients or distributorsProcess, track, and document service costs for down customers within the Enterprise ERP system or other tracking methodsRespond to customer inquiries with professionalism, composure, and a positive attitudeStay updated on product changes, upgrades, and system bugsMaintain in-depth product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve repair issues effectivelyCoordinate repair parts for service and manage returns to EpicaEnsure accurate pricing is applied to all service contracts, including Epicare and discrete repairsCommunicate ongoing repair issues to managementAssist Sales Representatives in creating repair quotes using the Quote System and convert accepted quotes into sales ordersProcess equipment loaner forms and contracts for discrete repairs requested by customersCoordinate equipment loaner requests with the Technical Services departmentTravel:Ability to travel 50-75% for field service and supportMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
