We are seeking an Associate Director, Omnichannel Strategist to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer experience. This role will collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to drive omnichannel strategies aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Omnichannel Strategy:Translate brand strategy into integrated customer experiences across digital and non-digital channelsDevelop omnichannel marketing campaigns for assigned pharma/biopharma brandsDrive customer engagement through personal and non-personal promotion tacticsStakeholder Management:Act as the primary liaison between Brand Teams and Omnichannel Digital DeliveryEducate teams on HCP & Consumer promotions, campaign setup, and omnichannel capabilitiesLead and influence strategic recommendations and campaign optimizationsOmnichannel Execution & Optimization:Define business requirements for omnichannel campaigns and prioritize brand backlogsWork with IT, analytics, compliance, and vendors to execute campaignsMonitor campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizationsDigital & Data-Driven Marketing:Implement and oversee digital transformation projects to enhance customer experienceUse data insights & analytics to refine marketing strategiesInfluence the evolution of omnichannel marketing capabilitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:5-7 years of experience in Marketing, Omnichannel Strategy, or Digital MarketingStrong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, segmentation, and engagement tacticsExperience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, Tealium, JIRAKnowledge of digital channels (email, SMS, web, social, SEM, direct mail, events)Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholdersProven track record in performance measurement & analyticsPreferred Experience:Pharma, Biotech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industry (preferred but flexible)Experience working in regulated industries with omnichannel marketingBackground in media/advertising agencies supporting healthcare clientsFamiliarity with Agile workflows & backlog management (JIRA, Scrum, etc.)
