Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial preparation materials.Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation, including electronic databases.Assist with e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.Communicate with clients, court officials, and outside counsel.Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial logistics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.Proficiency in litigation software and document management systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Medical, dental and vision plansShort-term disability insuranceLong-term disability benefitLife insuranceTravel and accident insuranceSupplemental life and disability insurance plans401 (k)Profit sharing planIn-center and in-home back-up child careIn-home adult/elder careEleven paid holidaysMedical, family and parental leaves of absenceOn-site gymThe Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
