Responsibilities and Skills:JD from accredited school and NY Bar AdmissionTax or Complex Business Dispute Litigation experience requiredConduct legal research on tax law, procedural rules, and relevant case law.Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and briefs for court filingsWork closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy.Prepare for and support depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings.Organize and review evidence.Manage document review and discovery, including coordinating and supporting litigation team.Assist in cite checking and proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy.
