Leasing & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to support our leasing managers and overall company leasing efforts. This role involves preparing marketing materials, assisting in lease negotiations, and creating compelling presentations to showcase opportunities to potential tenants.Key Responsibilities:Support leasing managers in day-to-day activities, including tenant outreach and deal tracking.Prepare marketing materials and presentations that effectively communicate ownership's vision for vacant spaces.Utilize PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel to create concise, visually engaging leasing materials.Assist in lease negotiations by compiling relevant data and supporting documents, utilizing insights from market intelligence platforms such as Placer.ai, CoStar, and CREXI.Conduct market research and maintain accurate records of leasing activities.Qualifications:Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to create clear and professional leasing presentations.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.Prior experience in real estate leasing or marketing is a plus.About Summit Properties USA:Summit Properties USA is a leading real estate investment and asset management firm specializing in retail and mixed-use properties.
