However, should this position be of interest to you, please send me your resume or contact me directly at 973-500-2006Job Role: RWA Reporting Senior Consultant C-12Location: Charlotte, NC/Tampa, FL/Long Island City, NY (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension/Conversion)The Spot Risk Weighted Asset "RWA" Calculation and Reporting senior lead consultant role is responsible for supporting the production needs under the Capital Reporting team, which will be responsible for the firm and bank's RWA calculation and reporting.This role also involves supporting the Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) processes to enhance the banks resilience in adverse scenarios. Key activities include:Support the analysis and submission of reports for Basel RWA Reporting based on US Regulatory requirements. Primary focus will be on ensuring the end-to-end integrity of the RWA results and the processes / procedures the team uses to achieve their deliverables.Assist in ensuring the accuracy of the daily jump off RWA and Supplementary Leverage Exposure actuals for RRP, or results from scaling or estimate methodology in absence of daily RWA and SLEPerform RWA upload, and top side adjustments to forecasted RWA, if requiredUse Subject Matter Expertise to ensure that Basel rules are adhered to for business initiatives, new product offerings and for changes in Basel requirements.QUALIFICATIONS:• 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.• 5+ years managerial experience.• In-depth knowledge & understanding of Basel RWA calculations and reporting.• Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.• Exceptional communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.• Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.• Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.• Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.Job Role: Regulatory Reporting Senior Consultant C-12Location: Charlotte, NC/Tampa, FL/Long Island City, NY (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible extension/Conversion)This Regulatory Reporting team senior lead analyst Consultant is responsible for supporting and managing the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory rules and instructions.This role also involves supporting and managing the Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) deliverables. Key activities include:Ensure Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios data accuracy are consistent with legal entity's financials, actuals and estimates for RRP purposes, including weekly/intra-month capitalAssist in ensuring the accuracy of the daily jump off Regulatory Capital and MCS Target Ratios actuals for RRP, or results from scaling or estimate methodology in absence of daily Regulatory Capital and MCS Target RatiosBe the point of contact for RRP team, and communicate anomalies to forecast model ownersPerform variances analysis and apply solid knowledge to ensure Regulatory Capital provides to RRP is aligned with Basel III rulesPerform Regulatory Capital upload, and top side adjustments to forecasted Regulatory Capital, if requiredParticipate in regulatory reporting requirements review session, to determine the impact on the Regulatory Report filings and resolution planning.QUALIFICATIONS:• 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.• 5+ years managerial experience.• In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports along with exposure to Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC Reporting and stress testing frameworks like CCAR.• Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.• Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.• Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
