Collections Supervisor

Responsibilities:Manage and optimize the collection fleet operations within the assigned region, including daily task allocation, quality assurance, and cost control.Expand and manage collection capacity, including in-house fleet management and sourcing external service providers.Streamline collection processes and optimize collection mode to reduce operational costs and improve service efficiency.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and strong relationships with clients and suppliers.Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.Requirements:Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Must possess a valid work authorization to work in the United States.Approximately 3 years of experience in fleet management, with a proven track record of handling daily operations and emergency situations effectively.Strong knowledge of collection procedures, with experience in developing or optimizing collection systems preferred.Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and mobilize resources to achieve operational goals.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management skills to maintain productivity during peak periods.
