Continuous Improvement Manager

Leadership ResponsibilitiesReview and measure manufacturing methods, technology application and workflow processes and apply lean/continuous improvement application skills.Responsible for working with the plant continuous improvement managers and the plant leadership team to plan, execute, monitor and continuously improve plant and corporate objectives.Provide support and guidance to all departments in the application of lean/continuous improvement manufacturing techniques.?Qualifications and Education Requirements? Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or like degree / skill set Ability to train others on C.I. Tools, SMED, 6S, M.O.D.A.P.T.S , Work Measurement, Bottleneck Analysis and Line Balancing Ability to train others on Ergonomic Analysis using HumanTech Software Use and knowledge for ERP Systems such as PLEX, QAD, SAP Minimum 10+ Years Experience in Automotive Manufacturing, Assembly and Operation
