We are looking for an Investor Relations ("IR") Analystto join our dynamic team to support both Northwind's CRE-focused and healthcare-focused debt fund teams. Role Overview:The Investor Relations (IR) Analyst will support Northwind's IR team, which serves as the primary point of contact for investors across all of Northwind's investment vehicles. This role spans all IR functions, including capital raising, investor diligence and onboarding, reporting, document processing, and day-to-day communications. Specifically, the analyst will manage communications with prospective investors throughout the diligence and fund subscription process while assisting in the preparation of investor reports, updating debt fund presentations, addressing investor inquiries, and completing other ad-hoc investor relations tasks. Additionally, the analyst will help coordinate roadshows, including investor meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics, while preparing presentation materials and other investor-facing documents to support these efforts.This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in high-level investor relations activities while collaborating with key departments across the firm, such as the Executive Team, Capital Markets, Asset Management, Acquisitions, Healthcare, Accounting, and Legal. The ideal candidate will help streamline investor communications, oversee onboarding, and manage critical legal documentation. If you're eager to leverage your communication and analytical skills to contribute to the continued growth and success of the IR function, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Support the investor onboarding process for Northwind's debt vehicles, including managing subscription document processing, coordinating with the fund administrator, and assisting with the investor portal to ensure a seamless experience for investorsAsist in updating quarterly investor reports, marketing materials and prepare presentations ahead of investor calls and in-person meetings.Respond to a wide range of investor inquiries, including performance questions, questionnaires, data requests, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs).Attend investor meetings, document key takeaways, and assist with follow-ups and outreach.Coordinate and support roadshows, including investor meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics.Assist with administrative tasks, paperwork, and ad hoc assignments for both existing and prospective investors. Maintain Northwind's investor database in Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.Assist in developing strategies to manage relationships and outreach efforts with current and prospective investors.Support ad-hoc administrative projects and analyses as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and strong academic record.0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred (Investor Relations, Real Estate, Finance, Banking).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.A proactive and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on various responsibilities.Professional in nature with a high level of integrity.
