Junson has been investing in real estate since 2013 across various real estate asset classes, including Hotels, Multifamily, Student Housing, Offices, and other Net Lease assets in both the U.S. and Europe.Description of Position - Hotel asset management - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OR VICE PRESIDENT OR SENIOR ASSOCIATEAs an integral member of the growing team, the Asset Manager will be responsible for providing asset management oversight for a portfolio of hotel investments and other real estate investment. More specifically, these responsibilities will include:· Lead an asset management team to effectively and closely manage and communicate with property operators and property team; monitor performance and execute business plan. Continue to explore ways in running the property efficiently through revenue generations and cost savings. · Utilizing and coordinating expertise available internally and externally, and applying the results of the Company's benchmarking systems to drive best practices and operating results for assigned portfolio;· Develop a vision for each asset and set short-term, medium-term and long-term development goals. Collaborate efficiently with hotel operators, asset managers, lenders, franchisors and other 3rd parties to improve performance and execute strategies;· Develop asset management strategies, including but not limited to hotel operator selection strategy, third party (designer, insurance broker, project manager, purchaser agent) service selection, annual/mid-term business plan/budget etc; · Conduct major property level contract negotiations, including but not limited to union contract, ground lease contract, franchise contract and leasing contracts;· Supervise major capex projects, examine and approve related project expenses; create property value proposition through proposing ROI project to improve property long term value;· Ensuring compliance with management, franchise and loan covenants; and to facilitate refinancing opportunities and disposition of the asset;· Working collaboratively with executive leadership with respect to ongoing communications and development of real estate strategic plans. Qualifications:· Over 5 years hotel asset management experience· Must have experience with private equity, family office or REITs asset management experience· Currently reside in New York precinct area
