This position will be responsible for providing assistance to various staff of all departments across the facilityKey Responsibilities:General Office Management:Manage daily departmental office operations, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and professional.Administrative Support:Provide administrative support to all departmentsAssist in preparing reports, completing forms, managing documentation, tracking deadlines, data entry and facilitate necessary filing as needed.Manage and update records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance based on company policies.QualificationsAdministrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsProficient in Phone Etiquette and CommunicationStrong Clerical SkillsExperience in an assisted living facility or healthcare setting is a plusAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficientlyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities
