Anaplan Model BuilderCerberus is currently looking for an Anaplan Model Builder to join their Real Estate Data team. As part of this team, the Anaplan model builder will sit at the intersection of our investment professionals, investor relations, fundraising, and reporting, and assist the real estate side of the business in building out complex models to support our real estate funds and their related portfolios.ResponsibilitiesWork with Solution Architects to design, implement, and deploy bespoke Anaplan solutionsDevelop model and process documentationConfigure and maintain model lists, modules, actions, processes, and other settingsSupport existing models and relevant enhancementsResolve production model issues by working hands on with business usersReview and deconstruct existing models to identify areas for improvementSupport bi-directional integration with source systems ensuring model data is up to dateDesign and configure dashboards to inform business users and assist senior leadership in their decision makingEnable colleagues to build relevant applications within Anaplan through co-building sessionsSupport and lead end user training in both independent and group sessionsQualifications3+ years' experience working in FP&A, Alternative Assets (RE, PE, Credit, Etc.), or consultingLocated in NYCAnaplan Level 3 model builder (Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner is a plus)Prior experience implementing and supporting Anaplan models as a model builderSolid understanding of multi-dimensional modellingFamiliar with implementation methodologies, specifically agileAdept experience working with Microsoft Excel formulas, macros, and modelsExperience implementing Anaplan, Essbase, Hyperion, EPBCS, Planful, or related technologiesFamiliar with data integration involving the use of ETL tools and APIsExcellent written and verbal communication from a technical and functional perspectiveDetail oriented self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced environmentThe base salary for this position is expected to be between $130,000 and $170,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate's relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
