We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil/Site Construction Project Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction, be adept at managing project budgets and timelines, and have experience coordinating with subcontractors, engineers, and other trades. As a Project Supervisor, you will ensure that all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementSupervise all aspects of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, budget, and schedule.Plan Review & InterpretationRead and interpret detailed civil construction plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution and adherence to engineering requirements.Budget & Schedule OversightManage and track project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within financial parameters.Team CoordinationOversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and multiple trades, ensuring tasks are completed in alignment with project milestones and quality standards.Material Procurement & DeliveryOrder construction materials specific to civil projects (e.g., concrete, aggregates, steel, etc.), manage deliveries, and track lead times to ensure uninterrupted project flow.Stakeholder CommunicationServe as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, engineers, architects, and inspectors to address issues, ensure collaboration, and report on project progress.Progress MonitoringTrack and document project progress using project management software or traditional logs, addressing any delays or issues promptly to maintain project timelines.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Supervisor in civil construction (roads, bridges, utilities, infrastructure, etc.)Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction plans, and relevant industry standardsExperience managing budgets, schedules, and project timelines in civil construction projectsProficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) or manual tracking systemsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and ensure safe and effective work practicesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with project stakeholdersFamiliarity with local regulations and safety codes related to civil construction projectsCertifications Required:OSHA 30First Aid, CPR, AED (Preferred)Valid NYS Driver's LicenseDegree or Equivalent Job Experience 3 - 5 Years Job Experience in Relative FieldBenefits:Salary + BonusCompetitive salary based on experienceIf you have a passion for civil construction and are looking for an opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you!
