GTM Startup Recruiter

Our client, a fast-growing fintech startup in New York City is looking for a motivated and hungry GTM Recruiter! This person will be jumping into a lean Talent Acquisition function, and will have the opportunity to build an exciting and successful company from Series B onward. This role has the potential to grow into a leadership capacity, or expand into a further People Operations role if desired. This role is 5 days onsite in downtown Manhattan, please take this into consideration when applying, no exceptions will be made. Responsibilities:Conduct full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to close, for various GTM roles Strong outbound sourcing skills, and ability to attract and excite potential candidates High level of polish and enthusiasm, must be able to engage candidates and hiring managers alike Work closely with C-level leaders to achieve headcount goals and drive strong recruitment practices Qualifications: 3-5 years of GTM recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth startup High level of polish and professionalism Excellent stakeholder managementProven ability to handle req loads of 10+Experience with Ashby or Greenhouse preferred Please apply if interested, and a member of our team will reach out to you with more information!
