Our client's agency encompass all aspects of research and strategy development to marketing and technology execution with a customer and client centric focus and collaboration.This is a direct hire opportunityClient is based in Somerville, NJ, Remote With Visits To The Office RequiredA background in pharma advertising/marketing agencies as an Account Management, Client Services is required.Annual Salary: $110,000What You Will Be Contributing:Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.Understand client business objectives, challenges, and regulatory constraints, ensuring strategies align with their needs.Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and event channels.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics, and media) to deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables.Work with clients and internal strategists to develop integrated marketing plans that leverage omni-channel approaches.Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.Act as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for their needs within the agency.Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.What You Need To Succeed:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5+ years of Account Management or Client Services experience, preferably in a marketing agency or pharma related environment.Proven expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print).Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software.To learn more about this opportunity, apply now.
