Culture is empowering and collaborative.OPPORTUNITY: Report to CEO and be a contributing member of the executive team. Lead all supply chain planning, procurement, warehouse management, distribution and logistics for multi-sites. Key areas of responsibilities are as follows:Strategic Planning/Goal SettingDevelop goals, strategies, and initiatives. Manage KPIs that support the strategic plan in an ever-changing environment.Supply Chain Planning: Oversee Master Data and planning for inventory, new products, and restages. Partner on Sales & Operations Planning.Purchasing: Lead the development of sourcing strategies for material commodities. Manage the purchasing spend plan with focus on cost savings, lead time reductions, inventory management improvements, and "greening" initiatives.Negotiate contracts with key suppliers. Manage long term, strategic supplier relationships.Warehouse Management & Logistics: Develop a strategic plan and budget for warehouse management and distribution of finished goods. Evaluate processes for improvements on storing finished goods and fulfilling customer orders, including transportation management providersCustomer Service: Collaborate with marketing to ensure consumer touch points are governed by strong processes and adequate resources. Partner with sales to ensure customer requirements are understood and supported.Organization Alignment & Development: Lead succession planning to support growth initiatives and adapt to the quickly evolving landscape. Drive the company values throughout the organization. Create a strong, collaborative environment by being team oriented.Process ImprovementsPartner on the implementation of new ERP software; upgrade processes to support growth and evolution.REQUIREMENTSBS required; MBA a plus. Seek 15+ years of supply chain experience with last 6+ years leading purchasing, distribution, warehousing and logistics in a CPG setting over $100 million in revenues. Must have experience leading and contributing on planning and process improvements at the executive level. Must be willing to travel 20%SALARY$240,000 to $270,000 DOE plus 25% target bonus, LTIP, upside and excellent benefits.
