Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions.Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, chronologies, and trial preparation materials.Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation, including electronic databases.Assist with e-discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and trials.Communicate with clients, court officials, and outside counsel.Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial logistics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.3-5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.Proficiency in litigation software and document management systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.The Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
