Requires a self-managed professional who is able to comprehend and utilize information quickly in a challenging, fast paced environment.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Customer Support and PlanningDaily detailed management of ESS/PCS AccountsOrdering processingProcess NDACreate new customer in BPM systemCreate Purchase Reqs in MRO systemPrepare Quotations for customersNew part number set upAttend Customer conference callsSample/loaner requestsSales reporting Weekly review of Customer ShipmentsUtilizes advanced Excel functions: charts, pivot tables, V-lookupOversee proper close of sales orders and purchase ordersCustomer project managementLiaison to all departments to ensure customer commitments are meet specific projects as assignedManagement of customer portalsProvide operational updates to customer contacts via email, phone and scheduled meetingsPlanningHigh level material stock interpretation for order planning and updatesCommunicate with various factory personnel regarding shipment updatesCoordinate with DAL/DEUS to schedule shipments and provide a ship commitmentApply judgement coordinating the drop shipment process with the factory to insure seamless and on time customer deliveryFinanceAssist accounting receivable and payment processing teams in resolving outstanding invoice issuesObtaining necessary documentation from logistics teams to satisfy audit requestsInitiate Credit MemosProcess customer Credit applicationsEducation: One of the following Required:Associates degree in Business or related discipline - MinimumWork experience demonstrating a high level of competenceJob Experience: Required:Five years of previous customer service experience or business operations required.General skills (language, IT, etc.):Required:Demonstrated proficiency with computer software to include MS Office (Word and Excel e-mail and ERP systems. SAP experience a plus.Excellent typing/data entry skills and high attention to detail is required.Effective communication skills, both oral and written, are required.Demonstrated ability to resolve issues with customers is required.Effective time management and organizational skills required.
