An Ultra-High-Net-Worth family in Medina, WA, is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their estate. The ideal candidate has a background managing large estates, leading household teams, and ensuring seamless coordination of all household activities. This role requires a hands-on, service-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Household Operations & Team ManagementOversee the interior operations of the estate, ensuring the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.Manage and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service.Liaise with the private chef to coordinate daily and weekly menus, special dietary requests, and meal service logistics.Maintain household inventory, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and ordered as needed.Event Planning & Guest ServicesPlan and execute small and large-scale events, including formal dinners, social gatherings, and celebrations.Coordinate event logistics, including catering, staffing, décor, and entertainment.Provide top-tier hospitality and personalized service to family members and guests.Vendor & Staff CoordinationManage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring high-quality standards and timely service.Oversee household maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs as needed.Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.Personal Assistance & ErrandsRun household-related errands, such as shopping, coordinating deliveries, and handling special requests.Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of household management.Qualifications & Requirements:Proven experience as a House Manager or Estate Manager in an UHNW or large estate setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and mentor household staff.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and anticipate household needs.Event planning expertise, from intimate family dinners to large-scale events.Vendor management experience, ensuring top-tier service and professionalism.Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Highly discreet and professional, with a keen understanding of privacy and confidentiality.This is a fully onsite role that requires a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Salary: $90,000-$110,000 DOE + amazing benefits
