Experience in digital printing, sandblasting, and laser imprinting on various substrates is a big plus. If you're detail-oriented, mathematically inclined, and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear path to career advancement, with opportunities to move into a team lead or manager roleKey Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project specifications, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Analyze job specifications, materials, and production methods to determine pricing and timelines. Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service teams to ensure feasibility and efficiency of estimates. Work directly with clients and internal teams to clarify project details and provide accurate quotes. Maintain accurate records of estimates, adjustments, and job progress. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills:Experience in estimating within a job shop environment is required (experience in digital printing, sandblasting, or laser imprinting is a plus). Strong math skills and attention to detail are a must.
