Title: HR Coordinator (Contract Position)Location: Orangeburg, NY (On-Site, 100%)Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMCompensation: Up to $25.00 per hourContract Duration: A few months, with potential for extension based on performance and business needsJob Description:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires and assisting with light payroll processing.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.Assist with light payroll processing, including data entry and verification of employee hours and pay rates.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Support the HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during onboarding.Qualifications:Previous experience in HR, particularly in onboarding and payroll processing, is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Additional Information:This is a fully on-site position located in Orangeburg, NY.
