About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing high-performing teams, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, driving user acquisition, and increasing customer retention.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the go-to-market strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement for our venue and artist products.Recruit and hire team members to build a robust marketing organization.Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.Oversee our digital presence, taking responsibility for the positioning, messaging, design and development of our website, social media, and branding.Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and PR.Support sales team by creating enablement tools like decks and case studies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and customer support.Experiment with new acquisition channels, such as SEO and influencer marketing, to fuel growth.Manage marketing budget to maximize ROI and allocate resources effectively.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.Qualifications7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, and/or product marketing.Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, B2C, or entrepreneurship.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll regularly write or direct copy for marketing campaigns and assets. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business partners to drive buy-in.Analytical mindset. You take a first principles approach to breaking down problem statements and prioritizing initiatives. Willing to roll up your sleeves and find new ways to grow. You are excited by the prospect of being hands on with marketing products and experimenting novel ways to drive pipeline.Bias for speed & strong sense of ownership.
