Inside Sales Representative with Graphic Design SkillsRustic Marlin is looking for a dynamic and creative Inside Sales Representative with Graphic Design Skills to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is both customer-focused and design-savvy, with a passion for helping clients bring their ideas to life. You will play a key role in guiding customers through the sales process.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for both direct consumer and wholesale customer, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.Assist in managing inbound inquiries, processing orders, and following up with customers to drive sales.Proactively sell to current wholesale customers educating them on top sellers, product customizations and upsell opportunities.Identify and close new business opportunities. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate their ideas into compelling pieces in coordination with the design team.Support the design team in a variety of production projects from customer proofing, web site image generation and file organization to prepping files for production.Maintain organized records of customer interactions, designs, and order specifications.Support marketing, sales and management teams as needed.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.Graphic design experience with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and branding consistency.Experience in home décor, signage, or a similar industry is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams.Must be available to work on-site at our Hanover, MA officeSkills & Competencies:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.Strong sales and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.Ability to translate customer ideas into polished, print-ready designsExcellent problem-solving skills to help customers make the best design decisions.Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating across departments.Why Join Rustic Marlin?At Rustic Marlin, we're passionate about creating high-quality, handcrafted home décor with a personal touch.
