Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.As an Engineering Business Analyst, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design technical solutions that drive digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.We are looking for an Engineering Business Analyst who can Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges in the Fintech, Banking, and Trading domains.Gather, document, and analyze technical and business requirements, ensuring they align with engineering capabilities and project objectives.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and engineering documentation for development teams.Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.Design and propose technical solutions that address client needs and drive business value.Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.Create user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide engineering teams.Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into system performance.Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and internal teams.QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or Trading domains.Strong engineering background with experience in software development, system integration, or technical design.Proven track record of working in engineering consulting firms or technology-driven environments.Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Familiarity with Fintech platforms, trading systems, or banking infrastructure is a plus.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP, Agile certifications) are a plus.We work closely withBusiness AnalysisRequirements GatheringTechnical SpecificationsSoftware Development (Java, Python)System IntegrationData Analysis (SQL, Excel, Tableau)Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Stakeholder ManagementPresentation SkillsFintech, Banking, and Trading Domain ExpertiseBusiness Analysis Tools (JIRA, Confluence)Our ProcessSchedule a 15 min Video Call with someone from our Team1 Proctored GQ Tests (Slideware (Presentation Deck)30-45 min Final/tech Video InterviewReceive Job OfferIf you are interested in reaching out to us, please apply and our team will contact you within the hour.
