A master's degree is preferred.A good understanding of electronic device operation and manufacturing is preferred.Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.5-10 year experience in the medical device industryDemonstrated experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and project management.
