Together we are looking for a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, this is a full-time, on-site position located at their Old Bride, NJ, locationRequirements:Guide employees through the core benefits enrollment process, providing clear overviews of health insurance, ancillary, voluntary, and flexible benefits.Educate employees on voluntary benefit options, including dental, vision, critical illness, disability, and life insurance, while encouraging and driving enrollment in these products.Work with internal teams to improve enrollment workflows and processes and track enrollment metrics for clients and leadership.Qualification:Strong understanding of health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits products.Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor with outstanding communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in using benefits administration platforms, CRM systems, and enrollment tools.Compensation, Benefits and Perks:Compensation$50k - $60k based on experience.Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including dental and vision coverage.Perks:Paid time off.professional development opportunities.Bonus and performance-based incentives.Let's connect and get you your dream job!
