This initiative encompasses wholesale supply chain operations and integrations with various surrounding applications including retail, ecommerce, WMS, and product creation systems. The position operates in a hybrid environment, with opportunities for both on-site collaboration in Portland and remote work options.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Documentation & Quality Analyst to play a crucial role in documenting requirements for a comprehensive automation suite covering SAP implementations and integrations. This position will focus on translating complex business processes into clear, actionable documentation while ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the system migration. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who combines strong technical knowledge with exceptional documentation skills.This role will be a W2 contract for 3 to 6 months with the likelihood of extension.This role is not open to C2C or C2H.Key Functions/Responsibilities:Documentation Management:Collaborate with engineering on documentation of requirements for SAP implementation and integration with surrounding systemsCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and integration pointsDevelop standardized templates and documentation practices for consistent deliveryCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirementsEnsure all documentation meets quality standards and is accessible to relevant stakeholdersQuality Assurance:Define and document test scenarios and test cases for SAP and integrated systemsReview and validate business requirements to ensure completeness and clarityIdentify and document potential risks and dependencies in the implementation processMaintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and business objectivesCollaborate with QA teams to ensure documentation supports testing effortsStakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business unitsFacilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholdersPresent documentation updates and status reports to project stakeholdersPartner with implementation teams to ensure documentation accuracySupport knowledge transfer sessions and training material developmentTechnical Expertise:Maintain deep understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, particularly in retail/wholesale environmentsDocument integration points between SAP and surrounding applicationsStay current with SAP best practices and documentation standardsSupport the documentation of system configuration and customization requirementsExperience:3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP systems, particularly in retail/wholesale environments5+ years of experience in technical documentation and requirements gathering2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or TestingDemonstrated experience in retail business processes and supply chain operationsPreferred/Desirable:Experience with JD Edwards to SAP migration projectsKnowledge of retail systems and ecommerce platformsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and System Integration Testing (SIT)Experience with documentation tools and platformsBackground in retail or wholesale industriesCompetencies, Skills, and Attributes:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentationExperience working in fast-paced, transformational environmentsCompensation & Benefits:Salary Range: $40 - $55 / hour depending on experienceComprehensive benefits package including:401(k) planHealth insurance stipendPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysFlexible work arrangementsRadost Solutions is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming diversity and inclusivity in our workforce.
