This role will be the first of its kind within the business, which presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to go in and play an integral part in building out a new department.The Senior Manager, Surveillance will oversee daily surveillance operations, ensuring the safety and security of all facilities, employees, and visitors. This role manages investigatory staff, develops security protocols, and ensures compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities:Supervise surveillance personnel and investigationsMonitor company property for security risks and policy complianceDevelop and implement surveillance policies and training programsOversee monitoring of monetary transactions and high-risk areasDetect and report criminal activity, including fraud and theftCollaborate with law enforcement and security teamsManage incident reporting and access control proceduresEnsure compliance with federal and state lawsRequired Skills/Experience: 5+ years of experience in a surveillance focused role - essential3+ years of experience managing teams - essentialExperience working with unions - essentialExperience working in the sports, entertainment, venue or real estate sector - essentialWillingness to work 5 days per week in on-site - essential
