We are a top modeling agency looking to add a Model Manager Assistant to the team in our New York office. As a Model Manager Assistant, you will help organize, coordinate and carry out all departmental processes and projects for the Women's Board. The Model Manager Assistant is responsible for completing ad-hoc projects and temporarily covering desks while Managers are away. The position also entails assisting with a variety of daily administrative office tasks.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as first point of contact for client questions, fielding to Managers or other team members where appropriate.Cover desks for Managers including answering phone calls, providing relevant information to clients, sitting in on meetings, ensuring video conference and in person meetings run smoothly, and having a solid understanding of talent in town and managed by Managers.Ensure seamless experience for clients from start to finish.Coordinate contractual obligations for talent and clients, including but not limited to travel (flight itinerary, driver service, hotel/accommodation), health protocols, on-time invoicing and billing.Support talent to build trust and troubleshoot logistical conflicts prior, during and after job completion.Confirm booking details with talent each night to guarantee receipt of schedule beforehand.Complete department projects.Perform other related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.Strong multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple different projects simultaneously and monitor checkpoints throughout execution.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks.Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Dependable and proactive.
