Position: HR Business PartnerSupervisor: HR ManagerLocation: Rosemont, IL (Hybrid)Description: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary HR liaison for designated business units, driving key initiatives in organizational development, employee relations, training, and recruitment. This role works closely with business leaders and employees to ensure talent strategies align with and support business objectives, fostering a high-performance and engaged workforce.Responsibilities:Provide strategic HR consultation to employees and leadership on policies, employee relations, and professional development.Develop, implement, and oversee the employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.Facilitate the Talent Review Process and performance management programs, including counseling and annual performance reviews.Design and implement HR programs to support organizational goals and workforce planning.Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and execute Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Oversee and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by providing guidance, resources, and strategic alignment with company goals to foster an inclusive and engaged workplace.Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units, including job description development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and feedback management.Partner with the Training Administrator to develop and deliver targeted employee training programs.Track and maintain HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as turnover and talent acquisition metrics.Identify and implement strategies to enhance employee retention and engagement.Provide guidance to employees regarding benefits plans and enrollment.Stay informed on best practices and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of HR policies.Perform additional HR-related duties as needed.EmployerQualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, including applicant tracking systems and job boards.Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS); UKG experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments.Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position; Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Tenacity, Initiative, Customer Focus, Accountability, Communication, Decision Making.We offer competitive benefits, including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, Disability, 401 (k), Paid time off, Parental leave, Additional voluntary benefits
