Headquartered in New York City, The Levy Group manages, elevates, and builds the long-term value of consumer brands by partnering with best-in-class manufacturers and retailers.Position SummaryThe Operations Coordinator/Receptionist role supports the SVP of Operations in driving efficiency and organization across key operational functions and corporate services while also managing front desk reception duties. This hybrid position involves office management, system support, and additional ad hoc projects to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, as well as serving as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries. This is a Non-exempt position with the possibility of overtime.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee general office management tasks to maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment. This includes coordinating supplies, office equipment, and scheduling service providers as needed.Serve as the first point of contact for the office, assisting visitors and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.Assist SVP in implementing policies, procedures, and operational improvements.Manage style master maintenance for action sports divisions.Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks, as needed, to support corporate services.QualificationsExceptional organizational skills and sense of urgency.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Comfortable engaging with executive management, suppliers, and staff at all levels in a professional and effective manner.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.Highly motivated to gain comprehensive knowledge of all facets of supply chain management and corporate operations.Bachelor's degree preferred.Administrative and/or customer service experience a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
