Job Summary: The Access Specialist is a crucial member of our team, responsible for managing incoming calls and handling all home medical equipment. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.Coordinate the delivery, setup, and maintenance of home medical equipment.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and patient interactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with equipment and services.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare or customer service is a plus.Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
