The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing event logistics.QualificationsCompliment the culture of the SuperGames TeamAbility to work public functions/events (evenings/weekends)Event Planning and Event Management skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skillsAbility to work public functions/events (evenings/weekends)Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentCreative problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and organizational skillsExperience with event coordination or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fieldEssential Job FunctionsEvent logistics- preparation, setup, execution and breakdown of eventsLead and direct staffAbility to work in a team environmentDecision making responsibilitiesAbility to drive a truck and trailerPhysical Demands/ Work EnvironmentAbility to lift 50lbsAbility stand for several hours as needed at eventsTravel local and up to 4 hours from officeAbility to remain poised, patient and calm in challenging and unique event situationsWe Offer40+ hours per week with the opportunity for overtimeStarting Hourly rate $19 per hourHourly rate post training as Event Host $25 per hourBenefits PackagePaid Holidays & PTO
