This role is crucial in demonstrating active listening, note-taking, and execution of tasks after being shown and trained. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, punctuality, paramount organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in fast-paced multi-tasked environments is required. Contribute to delivering high-quality roofing services to residential and commercial clients.Key Responsibilities:Upload the 3 pillars of the ReRoof culture, Coachable, Adaptable and PositiveKnock on doors in the project areas or areas that have been storm-affected. Must be willing to travel to the outskirts of San Antonio. EX New Braunfels, Bulverde, Poteet. Deliver small project material needs on project days according to leadership instructions, which is usually approximately 9:30 AM (your own car)Locate, qualify, coordinate set up and tear down of approved company events while executing KPIs set forth by management. Phone work such as A. Online review collection B. Advance deals C. Invite clients to partiesUtilize company-approved shirts, attire, POS material, and training. Utilize company-assigned software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and monitor KPI goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Present company products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights.Align with a core company culture of personal growth and advancement of client relations.
