This team member will own set of user personas and features in Hummingbird, our next generation self-storage management platform.Hummingbird is Tenant's next generation property management system for self-storage operators. We are leading the way in automation and remote-management. You will continuously raise the bar by delivering features and value that are loved by our self-storage customers.You will own all aspects of the product features and platform, including requirements discovery, roadmap prioritization, full product lifecycle development, and are ultimately responsible for the continued success of your products and programs. The is an in-office role located in Newport Beach, CA.Duties and Responsibilities What you'll do: Own and drive the strategic roadmap for core property management processes like move-in/out, task management and delinquency. Create the products and build the processes and tools necessary to scaleDiscover and Ideate: Work closely with users to identify their biggest problems and develop elegant solutions to address their needs Lead Product Strategy: Understand and prioritize user needs from customer analytics, user research, and competitive analysis. Develop a roadmap that fuels organizational goals and excites our customers Evangelize the product to our internal teams (support, onboarding, sales marketing, engineering) and customers. Define the success criteria and iterate until you exceed it Manage and prioritize the product backlog as the business grows Deliver and Execute: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver product features on time while adapting to unforeseen events. Define, plan, and communicate key milestones to partners and stakeholders Prepare sales, onboarding, marketing, and support teams for product launch/releaseMonitor and evaluate product forecast, adoption, and progress at each stage of development Negotiate and maintain contracts with key providers and partnersWhat you'll need: 5+ years of B2B Product Management experience2+ Experience building or implementing modern SaaS applicationsWhat we want you to show us:Demonstrated track record of diving deep and mastering complex product spacesDemonstrated track record of turning complex requirements into simple iterative value roadmapsDemonstrated ability to own a product space and drive progress and decisions bring stakeholders along for the rideDemonstrated history of taking ownership.
