We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Associate to provide exceptional white-glove service to C-suite clients at a prestigious corporate law firm in San Francisco. This temp-to-perm opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a polished, high-touch environment.Key Responsibilities:Hospitality/Catering/Events (80%)Ensure a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and employees with exceptional hospitality serviceSet up, reset, and refresh conference rooms for meetings and eventsStock, organize, and maintain kitchens, conference rooms, and common areasPrepare and stock Visiting Attorney's OfficesReception Support (10%)Provide backup coverage for the receptionist during breaks and absencesAssist with visitor arrangements and office organizationAdditional Office Support (10%)Handle mail and package deliveries, office supply inventory, and light facilities coordinationCopy, scan, and assemble documents as neededLoad, unload, and run dishwashers at designated timesSubmit maintenance work orders and communicate facility needsWhat We're Looking For:Prior experience in hospitality, catering, or event services within a corporate or law firm environmentProfessional demeanor with outstanding communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to anticipate needsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced setting and work independentlyThis is an incredible opportunity to work in a high-profile corporate law firm and showcase your hospitality expertise.
