Introduction: LHH Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex commercial litigation and experience working in a big law firm.Responsibilities:Handle complex commercial litigation cases.Utilize Relativity for eDiscovery tasks.Prepare affidavits, legal correspondence, and other documents for attorneys.Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.Perform administrative duties, including scheduling hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics.Maintain and update pleadings and discovery indexes.Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices.File pleadings with court clerks (State and Federal).Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and supporting other tasks as needed.Attend trials, coordinate between trial teams and internal/external third parties, and provide administrative support.Requirements:5-8 years of paralegal experience, preferably in complex commercial litigation.Experience in a big law firm is highly desirable.Proficient in Relativity for eDiscovery.Strong work ethic and good organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong oral and written communication skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to manage time-sensitive documents in a fast-paced environment.Self-sufficient and able to work independently.Flexibility to work overtime regularly as needed, including evenings and weekends.Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.Work Environment:Hybrid flexibility with the option to work from either the Miami or Weston office.Encouraged to come into the office on Wednesdays and as needed.Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Patrick ThompsonEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:The California Fair Chance ActLos Angeles City Fair Chance OrdinanceLos Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for EmployersSan Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
