Social Media Specialist

This is a 6+ month contract with potential to extend and hybrid to downtown Chicago.Must have portfolio samples to share.Social Media experience is highly preferred.Experience with corporate graphic design is required.RESPONSIBILITIES:Create engaging social content graphics for multiple brands on multiple channels based on strategies provided by Social Media ManagersInstagram/Facebook Stories design concepting & creation for multiple brandsBrainstorming, ideating and concepting new templates and formats for social platforms and multiple brandsDevelop designs and graphics that are on strategy & reflect brand's pillarsBasic video editing (recoloring, formatting, GIF creation, etc)Additional graphic design support for Social Media team as neededPhotography to support various social content needs and executions is a plusManage individual project production schedules for on-time deliveryResponsible for ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all social materialAssists in real-time during key campaigns and events, offering immediate support to ensure smooth execution and adherence to brand standards.Monitors updates and changes across social media platforms to proactively adjust asset creation strategies and ensure optimal performance and compliance with new features or requirements.Turn social media briefs & concepts into social-first pieces of
