Job Title: Teamcenter Lead AdministratorLocation: Austin, Texas (ONSITE)Job Type: Permanent Full TimeJob Description:Responsibilities: Experience in Teamcenter administration, configuration, implementation, migrations, upgrades and knowledge in architecture, concepts, components.Deep expertise in Teamcenter application and data-model administration.Experience in Teamcenter 12, 14, 2312 & 2406 installation, configuration, upgrade.Experience in Active Workspace architecture, concepts, components, installation, configuration & upgrade.Experience in Building, troubleshooting Teamcenter CAD integrations, especially SolidWorks, Solid Edge and NX.Experience in BMIDE deployments, DevOps and Release management and Solr indexing concepts.Experience in Administration of modules like Workflow Designer, Query Builder, Organization, Structure Manager, and Classification.Experience in Configuring, managing, and troubleshooting FMS, pool manager, dispatcher, and Store and ForwardExperience in Running OOTB and custom ITK utilities related to deployments, debug & share log files.Knowledge on Digital Rights Management, Okta and SSOAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience in addressing day-to-day Teamcenter issues.Effective communication & resolve end-user issues on a day-to-day basis and with other IT Teams as needed.Application support to Teamcenter users globallySupport data migration, including programming of simple scripts (e.g., Perl and batch)Extensive knowledge and experience in configuring Teamcenter using BMIDe, Workflow, and Access Control.Experience in developing solution for downstream system integration and development of Web Services. Data Export and ReportingExperience in working with CAD and ERP Integrations.Understanding of TC server architecture, FMS Configuration, and Security services.Thorough knowledge of the Teamcenter data model and its underlying database structure. Understanding data relationships, class definitions, attributes, etc., to design and implement effective data structures and configurations.Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C++, .NET, or JavaScript for customization of Teamcenter functionalities and developing custom applications.Proficient in developing customizations and extensions using Teamcenter ITK and integrating Custom SOAs with Teamcenter Active Workspace.Understanding and practical experience in utilizing the concepts of Teamcenter SOA Service and Dispatcher. Experience working with Dispatcher services and custom services.Ability to modify and extend Teamcenter's out-of-the-box functionality using customization tools and techniques provided by Siemens PLM. This may include creating custom workflows, UI customizations, data model modifications, etc.Skilled in programming languages such as C/C++ (ITK) and Angular/React with JavaScript for Active Workspace customizationRequired Skills and ExperienceTeamcenter Expertise: 10+ years of experience working with or consulting on Teamcenter (or similar PLM Software) in customer-facing scenariosPDM/PLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of PDM and PLM principles "” including BOM evolution from design and engineering to production "” and how they solve customer business problemsIndustry Experience: Familiarity with PDM and PLM best practicesTechnical Communication: Interest in and aptitude for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Prior documentation experience is valuable but not required for candidates with strong PLM expertiseProblem-Solving Skills: Aptitude for strategic thinking and analysing customer pain points to provide targeted solutionsCollaboration and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectivelyResearch and Interviewing: Strong skills in gathering information through research and interviews with stakeholders
