This role is primarily responsible for receiving incoming inventory, verifying shipments for accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock levels through regular counts and inventory tracking. This is a standing position in a warehouse environment that requires regular lifting, organizing, and handling of materials. The role also includes some computer work to update inventory records and ensure accurate documentation. As Warming Trends continues to expand, the Company is committed to investing in our team members, as we are seeking members whose performance can match that of our CrossFire burner systems.Job Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against packing slips and purchase ordersInitiates routine replenishment purchases; requires collaboration with Purchasing and Shipping & Receiving teamsAbility to complete computer work as assigned, including receiving, labeling, and PO placements, using systems such as Excel and EPICORUnload deliveries and store inventory in designated locationsAssist in material handling responsibilities, order picking, etc.Label and organize stock to ensure easy identification and retrievalPerform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory auditsMaintain accurate inventory records by updating the inventory management systemIdentify and report any discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goodsWork closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Shipping teams to ensure inventory availabilityMaintain a clean and safe storage area, adhering to workplace safety regulationsAssist with outbound shipments and process returns as neededWill perform other duties at times.
