Step in, stand out, and be a key part of i4COLOR's evolution!Key ResponsibilitiesOperational OversightSupport and enhance operational workflows, including work distribution, resource allocation, and project timelines, while working collaboratively with leadership to drive improvements.Print ExpertiseServe as the go-to expert for technical decisions across lithography, flexography, and rotogravure, collaborating with vendors (including print facilities), account managers, production and prepress teams to ensure high-quality results.Team LeadershipRecruit, mentor, and grow the operations team while fostering a positive, high-performing work environment.Process ManagementOversee cross-functional teams in the execution of client projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and meet the highest quality standards.Process OptimizationDrive efforts to analyze and refine operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality.Resourcing & ReportingManage staffing needs, monitor team utilization, review overtime reports, and suggest adjustments to optimize resources.QualificationsExperienceMinimum of 5 years in operations management, with a strong background in print, production, and prepress services.Technical ExpertiseAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MacOS. Familiarity with Esko Tools and GMG experience is a plus; solid knowledge of print and packaging workflows.Talent DevelopmentProven experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams.Problem-SolvingStrategic thinker with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.DriveSelf-motivated, detail-oriented leader who inspires the team to excel.Job RequirementsThis role is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to vendor and client locations. Candidates must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in using computers and other standard office equipment is required. The role also demands flexibility to manage fluctuating workloads, meet deadlines, and comply with safety and ergonomic standards.
