Job Title: Investor Relations Support / RFP AnalystLocation: New York, New YorkJob Description: The Investor Relations Support / RFP Analyst plays a critical role in supporting client relations, fundraising, proposal writing, and marketing efforts within the firm. This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams, including Investor Relations, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Legal, and Sales, to ensure high-quality and timely responses to investor inquiries, RFPs, and due diligence requests. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing, analytical, and project management skills, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and alternative investments.About the Firm: A leading private equity firm specializing in secondary market transactions, the firm manages multi-billion-dollar assets across global offices. With a disciplined investment approach and deep market expertise, the firm provides liquidity solutions to investors while delivering long-term value across its portfolios.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a repository of RFP/RFI responses for accuracy and consistency.Draft and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests.Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling client-facing materials.Track and analyze firm-wide data for client and prospect deliverables.Prepare presentations, reports, and fact sheets for investor meetings.Maintain and improve CRM databases for investor interactions and pipeline tracking.Support sales and fundraising by managing due diligence processes and investor outreach.Research market trends and competitors to refine investor communication strategies.Assist with investor communications, including reports, presentations, and investor letters.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, marketing, or a related field.1-4 years of experience in investor relations, RFP writing, sales support or consulting/advisory firm.Strong knowledge of alternative investments or investment banking preferred.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Highly organized with strong project management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong relationship-building skills and a team-player attitude.Experience with investor databases and sales pipelines preferred.Willingness to travel occasionally.This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge of the investment management business while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with exposure to senior professionals and institutional investors.
