Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our communication strategies to promote our brand, products, services, and mission.Responsibilities: Content creationWriting copy for newsletters, memos, and other marketing materials, and creating web pages, blogs, press releases, and brochuresMedia relationsManaging media inquiries and representing the company at conferences and eventsInternal communicationEnsuring effective communication with employees, and coordinating internal communicationStakeholder relationsFostering positive relationships with stakeholdersBrand consistencyMaintaining brand consistency across all channels and platformsCommunication plansDeveloping and implementing strategic communication plans that align with the company's goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree6+ years of communications/marketing experience within the aviation/aerospace industryStart-up industry experience strongly preferredExceptional communication abilities, including writing, speaking and active listeningIn-depth knowledge of best writing and messaging practices for business correspondence, public relations, advertising, marketing and sales copy and social mediaStrong social media/brand marketingAbility to effectively engage with team members of all levels and across departments
