Expeditionary Logistics Support & Services Planner | Make an Impact with Anglicotech!Location: RemoteWork ScheduleFull-Time; Work on nights and weekends will be required on some task orders to meet the operational timelines of the WEXMAC client.Clearance LevelAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security clearance at the minimum level of SecretWe are seeking an Expeditionary Logistics Support & Services Planner who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment supporting requirements and Task Orders that are generated under the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC). Task orders are usually in remote OCONUS locations and require responses in 4-7 daysThis person will analyze logistics support requirements contained in WEXMAC Task Orders, identify sufficient vendors/resources, solicit quotes, secure agreements, and develop support plans to provide the WEXMAC Task Order client with supplies or services. Task orders are in support of a wide variety of mission areas requiring supplies or services. Mission areas include the following: base operations and life support services; logistics & transportation services; lodging, conference & catering services; force protection services; communications services.Responsibilities:Analyze logistics support requirements contained in a WEXMAC Task Order and any subsequent amendments to the Task Order.Source vendors capable of providing the required logistics services and supplies for the task orders.Solicit, assess, and validate quotes from vendors and secure contract agreements as required.Conduct independent market price analysis to assist in evaluating vendor quotes.Integrate the actions of a variety of specialized support activities to develop a comprehensive logistics plan to meet the task order requirements.Develop and staff solution packages through corporate leadership for compliance, pricing, and approval within 4-7 days.Develop a working knowledge of vendor lead times, capabilities, capacities, and any constraints associated with each resource group.Make decisions concerning resourcing,handle multiple issues at a detailed level and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Monitor activities and resources to mitigate risk in the planning and execution of task orders.Implement and maintain quality assurance processes; make improvements, solve problems and take corrective action when problems arise.Support the development of the company vendor and pricing database.Security Clearance:US Citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of SecretEducation and Experience:Minimum 8-10 years of relevant DoD experience in logistics planning/execution for large or small organizations.Minimum 3-4 years of Logistics Project Management experience supporting expeditionary operations or projects.2-3 years of experience sourcing logistics vendors outside the United States.Proficiency in Microsoft office suite.Preferred Additional Skills:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.1-2 years of experience pricing logistics services.Understanding of military operations, processes, and procedures.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to utilize lessons learned and apply them in new, unfamiliar situations.Strong organizational and time management skills.ANGLICOTECH, LLC is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis, Cybersecurity and NIST SP 800-171 compliance solutioning as well as Enterprise Information Technology Implementation and Services.Anglicotech, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to supporting and retaining a diverse and talented workforce.
