Home Care Powered by AUAF is a fast growing, non-profit organization providing non-medical, in-home services for over 25 years. Our mission is to provide quality, in-home service that will allow seniors to live comfortably and independently in the familiarity of their own home.The Staffing Coordinator I reports to the office each day with a positive attitude, ready to manage their assigned Home Care Aides (HCAs) and client files. The position is central to the agency's success and serves as the central hub of care management, coordinating between case managers, caregivers, clients and their families, and the various AUAF departments. This position reports to the Staffing Coordinator Manager.Responsibilities:Answer all internal and external phone calls/emails in a timely, professional mannerAttend training and meetings as requestedHelp and support coworkers in their absenceHelp and support other departments if neededAs a new hire you will be assigned up to 50 clients; at 90 days you will receive up to 139 clients based on experience levelProcess the starting in home service for new client with existing or new caregivers.Reboot/replace defective EVV device, and resolve Sandata Mobile Connect application issuesResolve and confirm all caregivers' attendance alerts in the Sandata applicationUpdate electronic documentation in ImageSilo application for caregivers and clientsReport to case manager any changes in client's conditionTimely process annual client agreements, authorizations, and payer changeAdjust client and caregiver schedules to accommodate MCO monthly required service hoursRequest from caregiver change of address, change of phone number, change of schedule, and end of employment forms, then process itRequest from HR department disciplinary action, termination letters, and process themRecruit caregivers for existing clients.Handle and solve challenging cases and/or conflicts between clients and caregiversUnderstand and actively promote all AUAF, MCOs and IDoA regulations and standards. This includes assisting caregivers in proper procedures related to EVV.Follow all IDoA and AUAF policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedClient SatisfactionYour clients and manager must continue to find your performance acceptable per policy and meeting clients' needs and expectations. If through voluntary or involuntary means, it is decided that you are unable to complete your job at this client level, your manager will determine the number of clients that would be advisable for you.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAuthorized to work in the United StatesPass state required background checksProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent customer serviceSuperior organization and time managementAbility to work independently and manage their own case loadAble to adapt to new processes, procedures, and requirements as handed down by the dateCapable of speaking and writing reports and updates in the English languagePreferred Qualifications:College degree or equivalent experienceSpeaks Polish and English fluentlyPhysical Requirements:Lift up to 10lbsSitting for extended periods of timeOperate office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, phone, computer)Extended periods of time on the phone, typing, and reading on a computer screenAUAF is an equal opportunity employer.
