Location: Cambridge MA (Hybrid)Therapeutic Area: Rare DiseaseJob Overview: The Site Budgets and Contracts Contractor oversees clinical site contracting, coordinates with CROs, internal teams, and sites, ensuring agreements meet budget and compliance goals.Primary Job Responsibilities:Develop site budget templates with CROs and internal stakeholders, manage FMV negotiations, and mitigate risks.Oversee CROs for timely budget amendments and ensure RTE targets are met.Generate and expedite study agreement templates with CROs/legal and be the go-to for contract escalations.Provide excellent service with clear communication on contract statuses and manage tight timelines.Streamline contract/budget processes and assist with other vendor negotiations as needed.Primary Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in pharma, skilled in international site budget and contract negotiations.Expert in CRO management, negotiation, and compliant problem-solving.Well-versed in clinical operations, GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines, and site budget structures.Proficient in trial cost analysis, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.About Stratacuity:Whether you are seeking a career change or simply interested in becoming part of our network, you will appreciate the ethics guiding each Stratacuity team member.
