Senior Data AnalystLocation: Greenwood Village, CO (Hybrid - In-office 4 days, remote on Wednesdays)Contract Length: 6-month contract-to-hireResponsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to determine data needs and develop top-tier self-serve dashboards.Research, analyze, test, and validate data relationships to answer business questions.Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets through data analysis techniques.Ensure data accuracy and quality through validation and testing.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and propose improvements to existing processes.Document reporting requirements, analysis insights, and process workflows.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.6+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting using data from various applications and warehouses.Strong SQL skills (must-have) with experience writing complex queries for analysis and extraction.Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and Advanced Excel for data analysis.Experience working with call center data from platforms like Salesforce, Remedy, NICE, IVRAbility to work independently, analyze problems, and quickly adapt to complex data environments.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data insights into business language.Ideal Candidate Traits:Passionate about data analysis and uncovering insights.Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
